<p>La presentazione intende portare avanti un continuo parallelo fra gli elementi di facebook (pages, events, etc..) e le campagne che sfruttano quella particolare possibilità.</p>

<div>Siamo stati invitati a tenere un workshop sulla comunicazione online all&#8217;<a href="http://www.unirsm.sm/">Università di San Marino</a>, durante la tradizionale settimana di workshop organizzata dalla facoltà di <a href="http://web.unirsm.sm/disegnoindustriale/">Disegno Industriale</a>, che si tiene con cadenza annuale.</div>
<div>Quest&#8217;anno tutti i workshop avranno come oggetto il borgo antico di <a href="http://www.sanmarinosite.com/eng/index-mont.html">Montegiardino</a>: il <a href="http://www.unirsm.sm/default.asp?id=4807">programma</a> è decisamente interessante.</div>
<div>Noi cercheremo di capire, insieme ai 20 partecipanti, come valorizzare il patrimonio culturale di una città utilizzando tutte le tecniche del social marketing, dall&#8217;impostazione della campagna al seeding online.</div>
<div>Siamo particolarmente felici di poter partecipare ad appuntamenti come questo, che si inseriscono a pieno nel programma di ricerca e collaborazione con le Università che <a href="http://www.sanmarinosite.com/eng/index-mont.html">Uncle Pear</a> porta avanti ormai da molto tempo.</div>

<p><strong>Design per il borgo antico di Montegiardino</strong></p>
<p>San Marino Design Workshop 2010, iniziativa del Corso di laurea<br />
in disegno industriale dell’Università degli studi della Repubblica di San Marino, è dedicata quest’anno al ruolo che il design può assumere negli interventi di valorizzazione dei centri storici, specialmente quelli di piccole dimensioni. Una riflessione quindi su come il design, dialogando con altre discipline progettuali,<br />
può rendere fruibili nel modo migliore gli spazi, i percorsi, i servizi e le informazioni in ambito urbano.<br />
L’occasione per sviluppare questa ricerca è stata offerta al Corso di laurea dalla Giunta di Castello di Montegiardino. Il piccolo borgo antico, grazie alla struttura urbana e gli edifici storici esistenti, che conserva in larga parte le forme originarie ben si presta ad essere indagato in questo senso; in un contesto ove convivono il necessario stato  di conservazione e il rispettoso adeguamento alle mutate esigenze del vivere contemporaneo.<br />
Dal 13 al 19 settembre nel corso di 8 workshop progetteranno sul tema Montegiardino. Design per il borgo antico oltre un centinaio di studenti, condotti da 8 designer italiani e internazionali coadiuvati da tutor scelti fra i neolaureati al Corso di laurea. I progettisti ­– Gaetano Ceschia, Davide Crippa/Ghigos ideas, Pedro García-Espinosa Carrasco, Eberhard Carl Klapp, <a href="http://ale.fatbombers.com/">Alessandro Mininno</a>, Franco Raggi, Stefano Rovai, Marcello Ziliani ­– e gli studenti sono chiamati ad analizzare e immaginare soluzioni attorno ad alcune problematiche tipiche dell’insediamento abitativo, dalla segnaletica pubblica alla presenza di servizi per la collettività, dalla mobilità sostenibile alla valorizzazione di percorsi turistici e culturali.<br />
Sempre nella sede del Corso di laurea (Contrada Omerelli 20, San Marino Città) si terranno da 14 al 16 settembre alle 18,30 tre conversazioni con gli stessi progettisti.<br />
Sabato 18 e domenica 19 sarà, invece, allestita la mostra conclusiva dei risultati dei workshop nel suggestivo contesto del borgo di Montegiardino.<br />
Patrocinata dalle Segreterie di Stato di riferimento, l’iniziativa da una parte configura un modello di utile collaborazione fra Università e realtà pubbliche, dall’altra presenta una modalità virtuosa e attenta di intervento sul territorio e sulle sue caratteristiche<br />

<p>Ecco la <a href="http://www.virtualeco.org/2010/07/chiara-pelizzari-enterprise-2-0-lesperienza-di-project-group/">seconda tesi</a> presentata in questi giorni presso la facoltà di Economia dell’università degli studi di Brescia.</p>
<p>La tesi di laurea specialistica di <strong>Diego Cagnoni</strong> è un volume di oltre 200 pagine, divisa in 5 capitoli ed un infinità di paragrafi e sottoparagrafi. Diego analizza lo stato dell&#8217;E2.0 in modo lineare ed omogeneo: l&#8217;incipit considera alcuni modelli organizzativi classici e cita processi e teorie riguardanti l&#8217;innovazione, la creatività e la valorizzazione della cultura in azienda.</p>
<p>Proseguendo nella lettura, Diego presenta i paradigmi del web 2.0 e dell&#8217;Enterprise 2.0. Fa il punto della situazione e ci da le chiavi di lettura per la seconda parte del volume dettagliando concetti e modelli quali  Long Tail,  open business,  crowdsourcing e social network analysis.</p>
<p>Un capitolo fortemente tecnologico mette a confronto alucne fra le maggiori soluzioni di social software : Sharepoint, Lotus Connection, Jive sbs ed arriva poi a confrontare CRM con social CRM.</p>
<p>Il cuore del lavoro si trova sicuramente nei due capitoli finali: il primo analizza il processo d&#8217;implementazione, ricco di considerazioni riguardanti il ROI ed il rapporto rischi/benefici, ha un taglio destinato alla grande azienda. Il secondo studia invece l&#8217;effetto del E2.0 nelle PMI, fra i casi raccontati: <a href="http://www.virtualeco.org/tag/project-group/">project group</a>.</p>

<p>Nel pomeriggio di oggi e nella mattinata di domani verranno presentate presso la facoltà di Economia dell&#8217;università degli studi di Brescia due nuove tesi sul tema Enterprise 2.0.</p>
<p>La prima delle due tesi è di <a href="http://twitter.com/hoppyho">Chiara Pelizzari</a> dal titolo &#8220;<strong>ENTERPRISE 2.0: L&#8217;esperienza di Project Group</strong>&#8220;. Chiara ha fatto uno stage <a href="http://unclepear.com/">da noi</a> di qualche settimana:  ha toccato con mano wiki, <a href="http://hoppyho.wordpress.com/">blog</a>, <a href="http://twitter.com/hoppyho">twitter</a> ed altri social software, ha inoltre collaborato con i consulenti e organizzato su wiki le informazioni giornalmente raccolte per la sua ricerca.</p>
<p>La tesi divisa in 5 capitoli ha un interessante taglio che mi piace definire <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Getting_Things_Done">GTD</a> , per la logica e concretezza con il quale è stata pensata. Nel suo lavoro Chiara introduce i concetti base dell&#8217;enterprise 2.0, ne analizza poi i cambiamenti organizzativi e culturali nell&#8217;azienda. Dal terzo capitolo in poi lo studio vira sulle PMI: ne descrive i casi di successo, ne individua le criticità e cerca le soluzioni più adatte alle loro esigenze tra le offerte dei vendor internazionali. <p>Grazie a <a target="_blank" href="http://stefano-besana.net/index.php">Stefano</a> ed <a target="_blank" href="http://www.socialenterprise.it/">Emanuele</a> ho avuto la possibilità di porre qualche domanda a <a target="_blank" href="http://governanceandnetworks.blogspot.com/">Laurence Lock Lee,</a> speaker d&#8217;eccellenza del prossimo <a target="_blank" href="http://www.enterprise2forum.it/it">Enterprise 2.0 International forum</a>. <a target="_blank" href="http://enterprise2forum.it/it/node/162">Qui potete trovare</a> tutta l&#8217;intervista, di seguito invece una delle risposte che più ho preferito.<br /><strong></strong><br />

In regard to content  creation and  participation, the online community  complies with the </strong><a href="http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.wikipatterns.com%2Fdisplay%2Fwikipatterns%2F90-9-1%2BTheory&amp;sa=D&amp;sntz=1&amp;usg=AFrqEzcM8V4CiFZx4_dEXOP_KK6PYOyKgw" target="_blank"><strong>principle   of 90-9-1</strong></a><strong>.  Focusing on these two data:  how can a SME  have the culture and the  strength to produce enough  content to keep alive the interest in  a 2.0 system? Does innovation  start from the bottom for SME, too?</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<blockquote><div class="rteindent1">I  think the global data would  support that more and more people will be  employed in SME&#8217;s as large  corporations actually reduce in numbers and  rely more on SME&#8217;s as  supply partners. I have spend most of my career  with large  corporations, initially BHP Billiton who is the world&#8217;s  largest  resources company and Computer Sciences Corporation, which is a  top 10  global IT services company, but I am now running my own SME.  Large  corporations have their own internal ecosystems that include  &#8220;internal  SMEs&#8221;. I recall the results of a&nbsp;<a href="http://www.optimice.com.au/upload/Knowledge_Sharing_Metrics_for_Large_Organisations.pdf" target="_blank">global SNA study</a>&nbsp;I did in BHP Billiton in the 1990s  which exposed this ecosystem within their global engineering  workforce.  Some of the more remote mining sites were indeed acting like SME&#8217;s,  appreciating their limited resources and therefore actively  reaching out  and trying to engage in knowledge sharing with the  organisation at  large. The larger units, in contrast, tended to be  inward looking,  expecting that the answers to their problems could  always be found  internally.</div>

<blockquote><div class="rteindent1">In terms of the  &#8220;principle of   90-9-1&#8243; as posted to the wikipatterns site I refer you to the&nbsp;<a href="http://www.optimice.com.au/documents/WikiMiningWikiNetworksWikinomics.pdf" target="_blank">study</a>&nbsp;we did on that community in 2008 where we   mapped the community evolution into social network maps using the   electronic communications data from the site. The data supported the   90-9-1 principle but I think we need to explore why this is so? It was   clear to me that the basic principles of community formation dictate   that a level of trust building is generally needed prior to action.   Therefore in the wikipatterns community the core drivers for its   formation were all personally known to each other, and mostly working   for Atlassian at the time. As we reach beyond the close personal   relationships and 1st degree connections to 2nd and 3rd degree   connections the drop off in trust and therefore influence can be quite   dramatic, as evidenced by the 90-9-1 observation. So a corollary law to  the 90-9-1 observation I would coin the &#8220;Networking law of  diminishing influence&#8221;. I was recently reminded of this effect as  the organiser of an on-line innovation competition using the&nbsp;<a href="http://www.spigit.com/" target="_blank">Spigit</a>&nbsp;ideas   management  platform&nbsp;<a href="http://ausinnovation.spigit.com/" target="_blank">http://ausinnovation.<wbr/>spigit.com</a>&nbsp;.    In the  first week of the launch I contacted my close associates to  participate and was thrilled by the strong uptake. In the next week we  then  contacted hundreds of contacts expecting an explosion of activity,   which really didn&#8217;t eventuate. Again lots of viewers but much fewer idea  contributors &#8230;. alas the 90-9-1 and the networking law of  diminishing  influence!</div>

<blockquote><div class="rteindent1">The other strong finding  from the   wikimining and mapping study was from the survey we ran on the   participants in conjunction with the mapping activity. What we found was  that those participants that took the trouble to participate and  engage  with people that they previously didn&#8217;t know, in fact rated  these  connections as the most valuable to them. This is encouraging  news and  by promoting this we can at least get to say 90-20-7 <img src='http://www.virtualeco.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </div>

In   fact their use of E2.0 technologies should be focussed externally with   less attention to its internal use, in contrast to the current practices  for larger organisations. SME&#8217;s do need to engage with &#8220;bigger brands&#8221;  to achieve some level of &#8220;reflected reputation&#8221; to help build their  own  brands. The other warning from the talk for SME&#8217;s is that good  people  and financial responsibility are the other elements of corporate social  capital that are critical. I believe the trend for large  organisations  to increasingly look to SME&#8217;s as their source of  innovation is clear.  SME&#8217;s need to position their business strategies  to provide unique  innovations to the larger corporations. They need to  do this through the  intellect and passion of their key staff. Promote  their people, ideas  &nbsp;and their capabilities actively across the net to  their target markets.  But at the same time they must not overstretch  their finances in  achieving this. For large organisations, the biggest  risk in engaging  with SME&#8217;s is the fear that they may not be around for the long term. </div>

<p>Qualche mese fa ho conosciuto Laura Gioria, (ex-)tesista di Bicocca Milano / Scienze della formazione , che mi ha contattato perchè interessata a scrivere una tesi dal titolo <i>&#8220;﻿Nuove Tecnologie e pratiche emergenti per lo sviluppo  organizzativo&#8221;.</p>
<p></i>In occasione di un incontro tenuto in projectgroup, Laura ci ha proposto un questionario e qualche intervista riguardo l&#8217;utilizzo del wiki interno.</p>
<p>Oggi Laura si è laureata facendo il jackpot in commissione: complimenti! Io ho vinto una copia della sua tesi (<a href="http://www.tesionline.it/default/tesi.asp?idt=30951">che trovate anche qua su tesionline.it</a>) che ho avuto modo di leggere&#8230; <br />Uno studio diviso in 4 capitoli che spaziano dal web2.0 al digital storytelling, ai serious game, passando per le teorie per lo sviluppo d&#8217;apprendimento e terminano con il sistema di gestione della conoscenza di <a href="http://www.projectgroup.it" target="_blank">ProjectGroup</a>/<a target="_blank" href="http://unclepear.com">UnclePear</a>.</p>
<p>Ho trovato la lettura di questa tesi molto interessante: uno perchè mi ha fatto conoscere i <a target="_blank" href="http://www.slideshare.net/tesicamp/laura-gioria-serious-game-per-la-formazione-tesicamp">serious game</a> ( <img src='http://www.virtualeco.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ) due perchè mi ha dato la possibilità di avere una visione esterna della nostra situazione, dandomi un giudizio non economico, non tecnologico ma basato su variabili per me difficilmente misurabili quali apprendimento, formazione e condivisione dell&#8217;informazione. </p>
<p>Qua sotto vi propongo un paio di interessanti passaggi, presi dal capitolo finale e riguardanti l&#8217;indagine svolta in Project Group.<br /><img style="max-width: 800px;" src="http://img.skitch.com/20100511-kxtaxqdhmg9ca6uqry2jh698i1.jpg" /></p>
<blockquote><p>Il campione si mostra perciò composto prevalentemente da persone sciolte nell‟utilizzo delle tecnologie Ict e che usano i relativi dispositivi tecnologici con estrema naturalezza.</p>

<blockquote><p>Nella maggior parte dei casi, i partecipanti non avevano esperienza diretta di wiki; dieci di loro dichiarano infatti di non aver mai partecipato ad alcun wiki, seppur, tra questi, quattro erano a conoscenza della sua esistenza e del suo funzionamento.</p>

<p><a href="http://hoppyho.wordpress.com/" target="_blank">Chiara</a> Pelizzari si sta per laureare in <a href="http://www.unibs.it/on-line/eco/Home/Offertaformativa/articolo649.html" target="_blank">Economia gestione dell&#8217;informazione e comunicazione </a> all&#8217;Università degli Studi di Brescia, corso al quale sono molto affezzionato dato che è stato anche il mio corso di laurea (<em>nota dolente il corso a breve  scomparirà per lasciare spazio ad <a href="http://www.unibs.it/on-line/eco/Home/Offertaformativa/articolo7135.html" target="_blank">EGIA</a>; ma questo è un altro discorso&#8230;</em>) .</p>
<p>Chiara sta scrivendo una tesi per la quale intende approfondire i concetti chiave dell&#8217;Enterprise 2.0 nelle PMI italiane, senza dubbio uno degli argomenti più interessanti di questo periodo.  Un ambito di ricerca attuale e ben focalizzato su una determinato soggetto, sicuramente non facile da analizzare.</p>
<p>Il suo lavoro si concretizza oggi in un&#8217;indagine: <a href="https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dExYM2ZYVkJUYVBTR09HZlBUUGdfbXc6MQ" target="_blank">un piccolo questionario &#8211; online qui</a>, proposto in maniera &#8220;aperta&#8221; su web. L&#8217;obbiettivo dello studio è infatti indagare la preparazione delle singole persone (<em>che lavorano in PMI</em>) ad &#8220;affrontare&#8221; il 2.0 in azienda.</p>
<p>Auguro a Chiara di raccogliere parecchi dati e di mio auguro che questo studio porti dei risultati sorprendenti e che dimostri che le nostre PMI sono più pronte di quanto già sappiamo&#8230; <a href="http://www.elearningpapers.eu/?page=doc&amp;doc_id=15793&amp;doclng=9" target="_blank">o quanto meno di quelle portoghesi</a> <img src='http://www.virtualeco.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
